Staff achievements

At ECS we are proud of our low staff turnover and the fact that many staff have been with the company for several years. Recent long service awards have been presented to Ann Whitham, our Claims Manager (20 years); David Butler, Compliance Manager (25 years); John Barker, Account Executive (20 years) and Michael Bradley, Claims Administrator (25 years). In total, just less than half of our staff have been with us for 10 years or more. This loyalty is reflected in the loyalty we also receive from clients, many of whom have also been with ECS for many years.

Congratulations to our Broking Manager, Paddy Sherwell on his recent achievement of Diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute (DipCII). Congratulationa also to other staff, Emma Wilson on achieving the Foundation Insurance Test, and to Kelly Pardoe for passing an examination in Pension Funding Options, which takes her one step closer to the Diploma.
