I have been a customer of ECS for some 20 plus years and have always used you as brokers as you give me the breadth of cover that I need as well as an excellent back up service when it all goes wrong.

My insurance requirements have been quite diverse over the years from covering large property developments with all the complex construction cover that such sites require down to the most simplest of liabilty cover on an empty field. In parallel to this, I have needed advice on the best insurance available for investment property, particularly in the leisure industry, as well as ensuring my personal property is adequately covered. Occasionally, more obscure risk has had to be covered requiring specialist knowledge such as bad title risk and due diligence warranties.

In all cases, the service given by your organisation was exemplary and good advice has always been provided.

However, what I really appreciate with your organisation is the attention and support shown when it all goes wrong. In the past I have had two major claims and the time and effort put in by your staff was not only welcome, but I consider key in getting the claims resolved satisfactorily. In both cases, your organisation was literally there beside me on day one, and stayed with the case throughout until the final settlement cheques were received. In my opinion, that is what service is all about.

Finally, when I have looked at insurance where it was felt that maybe it was not in my best interest, you have been totally open and honest and most important to me, have never been pushy.

Summing up, you are an excellent organisation and one that I can put total trust in, which with insurance is very important.
